About the Role:
MelodAI is looking for an experienced Global Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll play a key role in positioning MelodAI as the go-to platform for AI-driven creativity in the Web3 space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and user growth.
Lead community-building initiatives to foster engagement across diverse creator and user groups.
Oversee campaigns for the $MELAI token and Prompt-to-Earn program.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.
Analyze market trends, user behavior, and performance metrics to refine marketing efforts.
Establish and maintain partnerships with influencers, platforms, and organizations within the Web3 ecosystem.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record in global marketing roles, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry.
Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, token economies, and decentralized platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience with social media platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and drive actionable insights.

Existing relationships within the Web3, blockchain, or creator communities.
Multilingual proficiency.
