### **About the Role:**

MelodAI is looking for an experienced Global Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll play a key role in positioning MelodAI as the go-to platform for AI-driven creativity in the Web3 space.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute global marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and user growth.
* Lead community-building initiatives to foster engagement across diverse creator and user groups.
* Oversee campaigns for the $MELAI token and Prompt-to-Earn program.
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and updates.
* Analyze market trends, user behavior, and performance metrics to refine marketing efforts.
* Establish and maintain partnerships with influencers, platforms, and organizations within the Web3 ecosystem.

### **Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven track record in global marketing roles, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry.
* Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, token economies, and decentralized platforms.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
* Experience with social media platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and drive actionable insights.
